Using interactive dance, music, storytelling, imagination and lets pretend to engage younger audiences. Bhangra Tots is led by Performing Artist, Dancer, Actor and Entertainer, Sohan Kailey. Sohan has performed and provided numerous Bhangra Tots LIVE shows and sessions within schools, community and family festivals which include Geronimo Festival with the stars of CBeebies (BBC Childrens TV Channel). WIGGLE, GIGGLE & DANCE with Bhangra Tots at HIRE BHANGRA TOTS FOR YOUR EVENTS Bhangra Tots Fun sessions for little ones aged 1 - 5 to enjoy Bhangra & Bollywood music and dance with their parents. Wiggle, giggle & dance to Bhangra, jolly Bollywood, meet Bhangra Bunny, jump on board the Bhangra train and play fun musical instruments. Themed sessions helps children to learn whilst playing, builds confidence, promotes balance, movement, imagination and creativity. The sessions are accompanied by lively upbeat music and we finish with a gentle relaxation! Parents/guardians stay with their child at all times and are most welcome to join in too! Exciting classes bought to you by Aashiyana Arts based in Solihull. Bhangra Tots/Bollywood Tots is a family friendly class where we want everyone to enjoy themselves and have a really good time. Please remember all children MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian/carer at all times. What is Bhangra? Bhangra is a fun, enjoyable dance from the Punjab region of India. Its roots are embedded within the farming community. So it is an agricutlural celebration dance. The movements of the dance include digging the fields, planting seeds, gathering the vegetables as well as celebration movements. The dance is of course linked to healthy fruits, vegetables and exercise. The music is lively and upbeat! What is Bollywood? Bollywood is another name for the Indian Film Industry. It is glitzy, glamorous and fun. Bollywood dancing combines the use of Indian classical dance, Bhangra, modern dance as well as elements of street style dance. The music is lively and upbeat! He provides fun, enjoyable and engaging workshops throughout educational and community establishments.
